2012 IFSHA Horse of the Year Division Champion

Cante Winds Farm also welcomes Melanie Roesner of Lexington, KY aboard our team!!! Melanie is Xaviors trainer and will be taking X on with his upper levels of dressage , plus showing him in hand, western and hunt seat. They have already proven to make a great team and get along great!! Melanie is a great asset to our training program!!! We wish her and X all the luck and our support!!

Xavior is our Friesian stallion, born March 30, 2007. Our plans for "X" is to leave him a stallion for crossbreeding to our mares for SportHorses, Warlanders and to the public. He has EXCELLENT conformation! And talk about presence and personality!! Loves to be around people. And movement that just puts you awe to watch!! So keep an eye for "X" in the near future!! LOTS of mane,tail and really nice feathers!!!
Xavior is a testament to the versatility and disposition of the breed. He has shown well in many disciplines from Western, Dressage, Halter, Costume, Hunter and most recently Ground Driving in Harness. He does this all willing, calm and wanting to please.
He has won multiple Championships, Reserve Championships, along with multiple times bringing home the Overall Performance and Highpoint Horse of the show.
Xavior was not started until November of 2010 and in October, less then a year, was made a Reserve World Champion in Hunt Seat Jr. Horse at the Friesian World Show in Lexington, VA and then place 6th in Open Dressage Year End Award
through IFSHA in 2011
Xavior is a true testament to how willing and trainable this breed really is!!!

Another great highlite of the year 2012 was getting invited to take Xavior to the Breyerfest at the Kentucky Horse Park!! What a trip and said to of had over 10,000 spectators come through!! We met some wonderful people and rode with some other beautiful Friesians...please see the pics at X's Breyerest link! Shown by trainer Melanie Roesner
Xavior has been a hit at the shows with his great personality people just love him! He has style and grace and just a presence to watch. We have are most impressed with his placements at his first two shows out! He is proving to be an all around athlete and that Friesians are a great all around horse!!
